Attorney Branch has been recognized by his peers for several accomplishments. In November 2011, Mr. Branch obtained a verdict of 1.5 million dollars in a medical mal-practice case involving the death of a prominent Laconia business man. Even though the insurance company was offering nothing to settle, Attorney Branch participated in a lengthy trial and obtained one of the largest verdicts in New Hampshire history. Mr. Branch also recovered over 1.5 million dollars as a result of one of his clients being killed by a malfunctioning gun that discharged while it was being cleaned by the neighbor of Mr. Branch's client. This case involved having to sue a Chinese gun manufacturer and required proving that the subject rifle could fire without the trigger being pulled. This required obtaining sufficient information from numerous experts from around the world. Mr. Branch also successfully represented the "Hooksett Four", a case involving the termination of four employees from the town of Hooksett for 'gossiping" which received nationwide attention with a story on Good Morning America resulting. Settlements were reached on behalf of all four employees. Mr. Branch also recovered a defamation verdict against Gold's Gym for misrepresenting the financial health of a competing gym.
